It's not how many opportunities we drop that matter; it's how many we catch. Women are affiliative, collaborative and reciprocating. There's no network so powerful as one of women building their own businesses.

I am an attorney-mediator who helps lawyers settle their clients' commercial/business disputes. I am also an arbitrator on the American Arbitration Association's Expedited Commercial Panel. I have taught business law at California State University, negotiation at UCLA's Anderson School of business, and mediation at USC School of Law and the Straus Institute, Pepperdine School of Law. I teach lawyers deposition and trial skills through the National Institute of Trial Advocacy and Solo Practice University. I am a member of the Distinguished Panel of Neutrals with the prestigious International Institute of Conflict Prevention and Resolution and am one of the founding members of Mediators Beyond Borders. My book, "A is for Asshole, the ABC's of Conflict Resolution" will be published by Janis Publications this summer.
