U.S. State Department Funds Member Denise Hummel of Universal Consensus to Train Utilizing Her Conflict Resolution Model

I wanted to alert the membership that after training a delegation from Benin, Cameroon, the Central African Republic, Comoros, Democratic Republic of Congo, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, Rwanda and Togo, the U.S. State Department has agreed to fund me to train those interested (anywhere in the world) in learning my conflict resolution model which is an adaptation of the Western Facilitative Mediation Model for Non-Western Cultures. The training costs NOTHING, because it is fully funded by the U.S. State Department, however, you must make a request through your nearest U.S. Embassy for Denise Hummel. I am honored and humbled by their faith in me and pray that I may in some way be useful in our quest toward lasting peace. My model is not better than others, however, it is different. It may be an opportunity for me to finally meet some of you and to collaborate on our mutual goals. A synopsis of the training follows:

IMPROVING CONFLICT RESOLUTION SKILLS ACROSS BORDERS™

In this highly interactive presentation, Denise Hummel utilizes information taken from each member to discuss how to resolve conflict when that conflict involves different cultures. Ms. Hummel has developed an adaptation to the Western Facilitative Mediation Model into a paradigm that more closely aligns with Non-Western cultures. She further adapts that paradigm to the specific culture of the participants. Utilizing this methodology helps those trained in the concept to assist in avoiding conflict and when that conflict does occur, participants are better prepared to resolve it effectively. Ms. Hummel has trained organizations, businesses, and government delegations from more than 25 countries around the globe who have then gone on to train their colleagues and countrymen and collaborate to create positive work environments, community solutions regarding cultural conflict, as well as an increase in effective communication related to geo-political conflict across borders.
